Here at Cooke Fire Safety we pride ourselves on providing a service that you can rely on. Our fire risk assessor is an ex fire safety officer within the Fire Service and has a wealth of knowledge and experience to assist you in meeting the requirements set out within the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Our fire risk assessments lay out the deficiencies within your premises and provide an easy to understand action plan to assist you in completing the required remedial works.
Having worked within the fire service, our assessor knows what the fire service are looking for, and our assessment easily lays out the information they require to make the process of you being audited much smoother.
Our fire risk assessment is not a standardised document like many others out there, each section within our assessment is personalised to suit your premises, ensuring that you fully understand why we are recommending changes. Our Assessor and assessments have been deemed suitable and sufficient to meet the needs of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 by the Institute of Fire Safety Manager of which we are proud members (MIFSM) as well as being listed on their Fire Risk Assessor Register. - https://ifsm.org.uk/tier-level/tier-2-competent-fire-risk-assessors-register-cfrar/
It is a legal requirement that all non-domestic premises have a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment in place. failure to meet this requirement could mean the Fire Service issuing an enforcement notice, prohibition notice (closing some or all of your premises) or prosecuting you, Cooke Fire Safety can help you prevent this.
We are based centrally in North Wales but do work nationally.
